PRIVACY POLICY:
Bear Pond Inc. will not sell, lend, exchange, or donate your e-mail address, or any other personal information gathered through this website, to any unrelated third party without first obtaining your consent. Bear Pond Inc. may at any time revise this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore; periodically visit this page to review the then current Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

  • Standard shipping includes costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs.
  • Standard delivery is three to five business days, following credit card authorization.
  • Standard deliveries are handled by FedEx based on state availability.
  • All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 21 years. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at the end of the shopping cart process.
  • Where online tracking is available, the tracking link is included in your "Invoice Confirmation" e-mail. Tracking may require up to 24 hours to appear in our system due to potential delays in receipt of information from individual carriers.
  • If an order includes accessories and/or gourmet food products, wine will be shipped separately; shipping fees will be consolidated in these cases.
  • If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

STATES WE SHIP TO
Bear Pond Inc. does not ship on major holidays and weekends. Additionally under extreme weather conditions Bear Pond Inc. reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the product quality. We do not ship outside the U.S.

Please be sure you have chosen your Ship To state correctly, as regulations in certain areas of the U.S. prohibit their residents from receiving wine shipments directly.

Bear Pond Inc. makes no representation to the legal rights of the buyer to ship or import wines into any other state, and the buyer is solely responsible for shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

By placing an order with us, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages. Adult signature is required upon delivery.

All shipments with alcohol must have an adult signature at the time of delivery.  Contact FedEx if you are unable to sign for your package and make appropriate arrangements.  If your package is returned to Bear Pond Wines Additional shipping charges may apply. 



BOTTLE LIMITS & AVAILABILITY
In some instances state law regulates product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill order requests.

We are currently licensed to ship wine to 24 states. Certain states allow a specific number of bottles per order.

PRODUCT USAGE
The use of products purchased from Bear Pond Inc. for use other than personal as well as the resale is strictly prohibited. Bear Pond Inc. requires written consent for any other usage other than personal or for resale. Bear Pond Inc. Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any entity suspected or caught doing so.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, wine representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To track your order, sign in to the My Account page and check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers' site.

RETURNS POLICY
Bear Pond Inc. guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at customercare@bearpondwines.com.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returned products must be in like new condition in order for a refund to be issued.

Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.

Multi-media products cannot be returned once opened.


CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Bear Pond Inc. processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Bear Pond Inc. guarantees quality products and service. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization screening, and does not include weekends or holidays.
